Black Holes Question

Do black holes have shapes? Are they sphere or just simply an empty hole? I have something in my mind that I want to share regarding these black holes, I hope you wouldn’t be upset about my ideas.
For me, the reason why black holes sucks forces is not just because they need it to revive their energy. There is something going on inside it that causes them to pull another forces. A process maybe. I compare black holes to tornadoes. Tornadoes has their centers and anything that comes its way is being pulled up.
Like tornadoes, a black hole has also its center and perhaps inside the black hole there is a rotation of forces. These rotation then creates a heat which serves as a fuel. When these accumulation of forces is already complete then the black hole becomes a star already. It is alive again. Well, anyway nevermind.
